New AAIR Missed Appointment Policy

Due to the increasing number of missed appointments and our waiting list of patients to be seen, AAIR will adopt a new policy, which is now becoming standard in the medical community. Effective October 1, 2010, there will be a $25 fee billed directly to the account guarantor for not showing for a new patient, office or injection visit. This same $25 charge will be assessed if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. To avoid being charged, simply call our office to cancel 24 hours in advance of your scheduled visit. Thank you for your cooperation and courtesy to our physicians, staff and your fellow patients.
