Rochester Academy of Medicine Awards Dr. John Condemi the 2008 Albert David Kaiser Medal

The Board of Trustees of the Rochester Academy of Medicine has bestowed the Albert David Kaiser Medal for 2008 to John J. Condemi, MD, founder of Allergy Asthma Immunology of Rochester (AAIR) and Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Rochester. This award has been given annually since 1939 to the member of the Rochester Academy of Medicine “for distinguished service in the fields of medicine, public health and community welfare.” It is highest honor that a physician can receive for outstanding service to the community and medical profession.  Dr. Condemi will be feted at a formal ceremony at the Academy’s annual meeting to be held May 12, 2009.  Dr. Condemi’s colleagues and staff congratulate him on this well deserved and fitting lifetime achievement.
